All the doctors are helpful, considerate and willing to take time. The walk in clinics on Mondays and Fridays are very helpful as otherwise appointments can be a long time away. the receptionists and other staff are always polite and try to help yoy to the best of their ability,

Surgery Reception is friendly and helpful. Have known all the Doctors for a long time and I am happy to see any of them for an appointment. Have also had great service and care from the practice nurses and Nurse Practitioner. The walk-in clinics are a great idea. My husband was seen urgently when presenting as an emergency and his access to hospital treatment was given priority. I would like the 6 monthly automatic on-line prescription service a bit tighter as I now have a cupboard full of drugs. All delivered in separate bits and pieces and at separate times with each month far too close to the previous month. Perhaps I should change my designated chemist.

An excellent surgery. Since the arrival of Dr Reddy & Dr Kanamuru ( Sree ) numerous improvements have been made to the back room processes and services resulting in a very efficient health treatment environment. A web site has been introduced offering patients on-line access to medical records, repeat prescriptions, appointments ( very useful ) and a multitude of medical advice. All members of the team are friendly, courteous and find the time to ensure your medical needs are met. I would also like to thank Dr Marshall for looking after the health of my family for as long as I can remember.

Excellent in all aspects i.e. knowledge, care, helpfulness and friendliness are offered by the doctors, nursing and reception staff - nothing is too much trouble. An outstanding and highly professional surgery offering a tremendous service.

My doctor has been most caring, efficient, understanding and always makes time to listen. The surgery is clean, comfortable and very efficient with a helpful, friendly reception. The walk in surgeries have proved to be an excellent addition to the service. The nursing support has been very impressive. The administration and reception has been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience with the Broadway Practice. A wider scope of services which can be provided from this surgery resulting in less dependence on Margate Hospital would be of benefit e.g. scans, ecg's etc. All in all, very happy with our doctors and the surgery in general.
